LSR VR CAPABILITIES APP

Trelleborg Sealing Solutions now offers an inside look into our capabilities as well as our manufacturing facilities. With Samsung Gear VR devices, you can take a virtual reality tour that features our LSR capabilities. The tour includes showrooms with a range of LSR products for healthcare, medical and automotive applications.

This app features an interactive tour through our high-tech manufacturing site in Stein am Rhein, Switzerland, giving you an immersive experience of our outstanding capabilities, ranging from specialized toolmaking to innovative process engineering and product manufacturing in fully automated operations.

TECHNICAL LIBRARY APP

This tool provides quick access to technical articles published in renowned industry magazines on diverse topics such as processing technology, hydraulic and pneumatic sealing, LSR technology, drug delivery, O-Rings and smart appliances. Developed by our sealing experts, the articles take an in-depth look at new technology developments surrounding sealing technology and engineered products, supported by a wide selection of whitepapers.

In the webinar section of the web library, you can watch or read the transcript of a recent event which featured the Trelleborg Cassette Seal CSL1500.

AEROSPACE GROOVE SELECTOR APP

Aerospace Groove Selector app covers three of the most important SAE Aerospace groove standards for hydraulic systems: AS4716 Rev B, AS5857 Rev A and now AS6235 Rev A. You can easily find groove sizes and determine if grooves are suitable for a dynamic and/or static seal.

In this version of the app, the main groove dimensions and tolerances are displayed instantly in metric and inch, based on standard product numbers, and also features an easy inch-to-mm conversion. Some of the other timesaving features within the app include gland design for Bore, Rod and Face seals, break edge information, indication of dynamic/static usage, drawings for easy co-relation of data and emailing data as a pdf.

MOBILE APP FOR IOS: CAD MODELS

To easily access all Trelleborg Sealing Solutions CAD drawings of standard products, we introduce our CAD models app. The app allows you to view and download drawings in 2D and 3D, complete with attribute overviews, such as part numbers and usage parameters. Also, it allows you to get the respective drawing directly via e-mail in any file format currently available on the market.
