Statiska tätningar

I en statisk tätningsapplikation förekommer ingen rörelse mellan tätningsytorna eller mellan tätningsytan och dess motgående yta.

Den vanligaste tätningen i ett statiskt tätningsläge är O-ringen, men som komplement till denna kan Trelleborg Sealing Solutions erbjuda ett brett program av specialprodukter för statiska applikationer. Programmet inkluderar våra egna metalltätningar Wills Rings® som är idealiska för användning vid extrema temperaturer och tryck.

Tätningar i vårt Turcon® PTFE-baserade material är resistenta mot i stort sett alla medier och kan användas vid kontakt med aggressiva medier. Dessutom finns Airseal, en uppblåsbar tätning som är mycket lämplig för tätning av dörrar och luckor speciellt i kemikalieanläggningar eller vid tillverkning av halvledare.
