피스톤 씰

피스톤 씰과 피스톤 링은 유압 실린더의 유체 씰링을 위해 사용이 됩니다. 피스톤 헤드를 지나 유체가 지나갈 수 있는 것을 헤드에 씰을 적용하여 실린더 보어를 막아주는 역활을 합니다. 이것은 실린더 작동시에 피스톤 한쪽 부분에 압력을 생성하는 역활을 합니다.

트렐레보그 씰링 솔루션은 보다 나은 누유 제어를 위한 다양한 범위의 피스톤 씰을 공급하고 있습니다. 특허를 보유하고 있는 TSS 피스톤 씰 디자인은 고객이 요구하고 있는 저마찰, 컴팩트한 디자인과 간단한 설치등의 요구등을 충족시키고 있습니다.

유압 피스톤 씰과 피스톤 링은 우리의 Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE)를 기본으로 제작된 Turcon® 재질 또는 폴리우레탄(polyurethane)Zurcon® 재질로 주로 만들어지며, 특별히 엔지니어링 되는 파워 유체 시스템을 위한 마모특성과 압출 특성들이 견고한 재질들을 공급해 드리고 있습니다. 그리고 실질적으로 모든유체에 호환성을 가지며, 극한의 온도에서 역시 최상의 성능을 입증하였습니다.
