Common Rail Systems
Common rail systems for both diesel and gasoline engines are fed by a high pressure pump. In the latest diesel systems, seals must withstand extreme pressures up to 26,100psi.
Seal characteristics:
- Withstands temperatures from -40°C to 125°C / -40°F to 257°F
- Operates in extreme pressures from 0.2 MPa / 58 psi to 180 MPa / 26,100 psi
- Resistant to wide range of fuels
