Statiske Tætninger

I en statisk tætningsapplikation er der ikke bevægelse mellem tætningselementerne eller mellem tætningen og komponentoverfladen.

Den mest anvendte tætning i statiske applikationer er O-ringen, men herudover tilbyder Trelleborg Sealing Solutions et udvalg af specialiserede produkter til statiske applikationer, herunder vores egne metaltætninger, Wills Rings®, som er ideelle til brug under ekstreme temperatur- og trykforhold. Af andre statiske tætninger, vi tilbyder, kan nævnes oppustelige tætninger (Airseal), diverse gummitætninger, ventiltætninger, X-ringe, gummi-metal bonded seals, polyuretantætninger og fjederaktiverede PTFE-tætninger.

Tætninger i vores Turcon® PTFE-baserede materialer er modstandsdygtige over for stort set alle medier, og velegnede til kontakt med aggressive kemikalier. Herudover findes den oppustelige Airseal, som er velegnet til at tætne døre og åbninger, specielt i kemiske og halvlederapplikationer.
