Stempeltætninger

Stempeltætninger anvendes i cylindre med flydende medier. De tætner mod cylindervæggen og hindrer at væske passerer stemplet. Trykket kan således opbygges på den ene side af stemplet, hvorved stemlet kan bevæges frem eller tilbage.

Trelleborg Sealing Solutions fører et bredt udvalg af stempeltætninger, som er det ypperste inden for lækagekontrol. Vore designs imødekommer brugernes krav til lav friktion, kompakt form og simpel montering.

Stempeltætninger fremstilles primært af vores Turcon® PTFE-baserede materiale eller af Zurcon® polyuretan. Disse materialer er designet specielt til fluid power applikationer og er ekstremt slidstærke med optimale ekstruderingsegenskaber. De er kompatible med stort set alle medier, og deres ydeevne ved ekstreme temperaturer er uden sidestykke.
