Kolbendichtungen

Kolbendichtungen werden in Zylindern zur Abdichtung von flüssigen Medien verwendet. Die Einbauräume sind innerhalb des Zylinders und dichten die Zylinderbohrung gegen externe Flüssigkeiten ab. Dadurch kann auf einer Seite des Kolbens Druck aufgebaut werden und der Zylinder kann sich hin- und herbewegen.

Trelleborg Sealing Solutions bietet eine Vielzahl an Kolbendichtungen, die nahezu leckagefrei sind. Unsere eigenen Dichtungen erfüllen die nachgefragten Anforderungen an gute Reibungseigenschaften, kompaktes Design und einfache Montage.

Kolbendichtungen werden ausschließlich in unseren PTFE basierten Materialien Turcon® oder Zurcon® Polyurethan hergestellt. Speziell für Anwendungen mit Flüssigkeiten entworfen, versprechen diese Werkstoffe eine außergewöhnliche Abriebfestigkeit und hervorragende Extrusionseigenschaften. Kompatibel mit nahezu allen Medien beweisen sie unübertroffene Leistungen in extremen Temperaturbereichen.
