Ve statických aplikacích nedochází k pohybu mezi těsněnými díly resp. mezi protiplochou a těsněním.

K utěsnění statických aplikací se nejčastěji používá O-kroužek. Firma Trelleborg Sealing Solutions kromě O-kroužků nabízí pro statické aplikace celou řadu dalších speciálních těsnění, včetně našich patentovaných kovových těsnění vodicí kroužky a těsnění s tlumením Wills Rings® , které najdou uplatnění v aplikacích s extrémně vysokými teplotami a tlaky nebo vzduchem aktivovaná těsnění Airseal vhodná pro utěsnění dveří a vstupních otvorů hlavně v chemickém a polovodičovém průmyslu. Dále nabízíme celou řadu těsnění z elastomerů, polyuretanů, z kombinace materiálů kov/elastomer či předepínaných kovovou pružinou z materiálů na bázi PTFE.

Široký výběr materiálů umožňuje utěsnit prakticky jakékoliv kapalné či plynné médium ve standardních i speciálních průmyslových aplikacích. Kromě standardních elastomerů máme k dispozici i materiály vyvinuté naší firmou. Turcon® (materiály na bázi PTFE) nebo Zurcon® (polyuretany) jsou materiály, speciálně navržené pro těsnění a máme k dispozici i další špičkové materiály pro speciální aplikace v chemickém či polovodičovém průmyslu.
