Úlohou stíracích kroužků v těsnicí sestavě přímočarého hydromotoru je stírání nečistot, cizorodých částic, prachu nebo vlhkosti z pístnice při jejím zasouvání zpět do systému. Zabraňují tak kontaminaci pracovní kapaliny těmito nečistotami a chrání tak těsnění, vodicí kroužky a další komponenty před poškozením.

Firma Trelleborg Sealing Solutions nabízí širokou škálu typů stíracích kroužků včetně naší firmou vyvinutých dvojčinných stíracích kroužků řady Turcon® Excluder® nebo speciálních s kovovým břitem. Vyrábíme je většinou z elastomerů, materiálů Zurcon® (polyuretany) nebo materiálů Turcon® (na bázi PTFE).

Stírací kroužky jsou v prvé řadě vyráběny z materiálů vyvinutých naší firmou. Turcon® (materiály na bázi PTFE) nebo Zurcon® (polyuretany) jsou materiály, speciálně navržené pro aplikace v tekutinových mechanizmech, které vykazují mimořádně nízké tření a vynikající odolnost vůči opotřebení.
