Abstreifer

Abstreifer sind in Dichtungssystemen von Zylindern eingebaut, um Schmutz, Fremdpartikel, Späne und Feuchtigkeit von den Kolbenstangen abzustreifen, bevor diese in das System zurückfahren. Das verhindert die Verschmutzung des hydraulischen Mediums, das Führungen, Dichtungen und andere Komponenten beschädigen könnte.

Trelleborg Sealing Solutions verfügt über eine Vielzahl von Abstreifern in Metall, in Elastomeren, in PTFE basiertem Turcon® Werkstoff sowie Zurcon® Polyurethan. Dazu gehört auch der Turcon® Excluder®, ein von Trelleborg Sealing Solutions entwickelter Doppelabstreifer.

Speziell entwickelt für hydraulische Zylinderanwendungen verfügen Turcon® und Zurcon® Werkstoffe über herausragende Reibungseigenschaften sowie über eine außergewöhnliche Verschleißfestigkeit.
