Em uma aplicação de vedação estática não há movimento entre as superfícies de vedação ou entre a superfície de vedação e a de contato.

O perfil mais utilizado em aplicações estáticas é o O-Ring, mas além dele a Trelleborg Sealing Solutions oferece uma gama de produtos específicos para aplicações estáticas. Dentro desta variedade se incluem nossas vedações metálicas patenteadas, Wills Rings®, as quais são ideais para aplicação em condições extremas de temperaturas e pressões.

Resistentes a praticamente todos os fluidos, vedações em Turcon® à base de PTFE são oferecidas para contato com substâncias químicas agressivas. Por fim, temos ainda o perfil inflável Airseal, adequado para vedações de portas e aberturas, especialmente em aplicações químicas ou de semicondutores.
