Vedações rotativas

Vedações rotativas são indicadas para componentes rotativos ou oscilatórios para conservar o fluido de lubrificação o qual é necessário para o trabalho de longo prazo desses dispositivos. As configurações das vedações devem permitir o trabalho livre de vazamentos enquanto previnem a contaminação de lama e água no sistema.

A Trelleborg Sealing Solutions oferece uma gama de vedações especializadas que garantem desempenho excepcional em tais aplicações. Isto inclui nossos mundialmente conhecidos e exclusivos radial lip seals, Turcon® Varilip® PDR e Radial Oil Seals de alta qualidade.

Um grande número de perfis de vedações rotativas são fabricados em nossos materiais Turcon® à base de PTFE ou Poliuretano Zurcon®. Criados originalmente para aplicações rotativas, eles apresentam propriedades excelentes de baixo atrito, oferecendo resistência excepcional ao desgaste.
