Raspadores para cilindros hidráulicos

Raspadores são instalados nas montagens de vedação de cilndros para limpar poeira, partículas externas e umidade das hastes do pistãoà medida em que a haste é recolhida. Isto previne contaminação do meio hidráulico que poderia danificar as fitas guia, vedações e outros componentes.

A Trelleborg Sealing Solutions oferece uma grande variedade de raspadores em metal, elastoméricos e materiais à base de PTFE Turcon® ou poliuretano Zurcon® . Esses incluem os Turcon® Excluder®, perfis de raspadores bidirecionais os quais são patenteados pela Trelleborg Sealing Solutions.

Especialmente desenvolvidos para aplicações de cilindros hidráulicos, os materiais Turcon® e Zurcon® apresentam excelentes propriedades de baixo atrito e oferecem resistência excepcional ao desgaste.
